BB Centrum Beta
Vyskočilova 1481/4 – Prague 4
The BETA building was designed by Aulík Fišer architects and completed in 2005. It is located in the central part of Brumlovka, on the main Vyskočilova Avenue. The BETA building has 9 above-ground and 3 underground floors. It is interesting not only for its use of state-of-the-art materials and technologies, but also for its unique flexible internal layout. Thanks to this, it offers high quality office space with the possibility of open and divided offices. One floor offers an average of 2,000 m2 of lettable space. The building has an impressive atrium which contributes to the excellent light conditions in the offices. The building is BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) certified, the world's leading method for assessing buildings for sustainability, and has been certified at the Very Good level. Natural materials, particularly wood, stone and glass, have been used extensively in the building's interiors. On the top floor, the BETA Building has a roof terrace with relaxation areas and another separate terrace for top floor users only. The building includes a public canteen and practical commercial space on the ground floor. The BETA building has excellent transport accessibility: bus stop (Za Betou) in close proximity to the building (two stops to the metro station C Budějovická and two stops from the metro station C Kačerov), direct connection to the Prague ring road and D1 motorway.
