East Building

The East Building is an administrative building, type "A". Thanks to the use of modern technologies, it provides its clients with all possible comfort. The building is divided into two parts, the higher one has a total of seven floors above ground and three underground. On the second and third underground floors connected by a communication ramp there are parking areas. At the same time, the underground floors contain rooms related to the technical operation of the building. On the first floor there is a catering operation with facilities and administrative premises related to the operation of the building. The other floors are administrative premises. The total height of the building is twenty-four and a half metres. The atrium in the middle of the building is open, not covered. There are terraces on the second and sixth floors. Thanks to its location near the Budějovická C metro station, East Building is easily accessible by car and public transport. Within a short time, you can connect to the South Link and the Prague main road. Within walking distance are all civic amenities including a supermarket, many restaurants, cafes and the DBK shopping centre.
