Five

Building Five is a multifunctional building with commercial units on the ground floor.

It offers a flexible office layout suitable for large and small companies. In total, it has almost 14,362 sqm of modern, fully air-conditioned office space.

The motto of the project, which is located in the Prague 5 - Smíchov area, is "History meets future", which fits the building with the characteristic name Five perfectly. The project was built on the site of a former tram and later trolleybus depot, and we have tried to honour the history of the site as much as possible. The historic carriage house wall was retained and a new, modern building was built on top of it. In addition, we also kept the old chimney and the historic clock that was part of the original depot, restored it and it then became part of the lobby of the building. All of these historical elements and the genius loci of the site itself are combined in the unique industrial architecture of the project with elements such as the second skin of the façade made of tah metal, the exposed concrete, and the exposed plumbing on the ceilings.

In addition to the exceptional architecture, the building's tenants also appreciate the roof terrace, which offers a truly unprecedented panoramic view of Prague's most important landmarks, including Prague Castle, the National Theatre and Vyšehrad. Thanks to the seating and relaxation areas, users of the building can bring their laptops to the roof and enjoy the pleasant environment in the fresh air and at work.

The Five building is located at the intersection of Na Valentince and Strakonická streets with excellent access to public transport and all relevant city infrastructure. The surrounding area allows you to enjoy shopping, culture and dining virtually non-stop. There are many restaurants, shops, hotels and other services in the vicinity.
