Karlova 48

The Karlova 48 building consists of three historic buildings standing on the corner of Malý náměstí and Karlova Street. "U Zlaté Koruny" is an apartment building consisting of two Gothic buildings from 1546. Its current appearance is the result of a reconstruction from the early 19th century. "U Černého Koníčka" was originally a burgher house, which now has a classicist façade. The whole complex is located on the Royal Route. The total reconstruction was completed in 1998. The original historical elements of the building were preserved, including the doors, fittings, paintings and frescoes on the walls. Karlova 48 now offers prestigious office and retail units along with luxury apartments.
