Main Point

Main Point Pankrác is a low-energy office building, which has been one of the landmarks of the Pankrác business centre since 2018. The building boasts LEED certification at the highest Platinum level. Main Point offers its tenants up to 23,500 m² of office and retail space and 406 parking spaces. The nine-storey complex is 40 metres high, with a floor plan of five rounded triangles that give the building an organic feel. The façade cleans the surrounding air thanks to special technology that is about as powerful as if 100 trees were planted there. On the roof of the building there is a terrace with a garden.
