The NR7 building located directly on Náměstí Republiky is undergoing extensive reconstruction and will offer up to 5.6 thousand m2 of commercial space upon completion. The first two floors, including the basement, will be used for shops and services. The remaining 6 floors are intended for offices, where the offered area will exceed 3,000 sq m. The offices will be equipped with the latest technologies together with preserved historical elements and high ceilings. There will also be a brand new lobby with a reception area, and a terrace with views of the whole of Prague will also be available for tenants on the top floors.
