Parkview

Parkview is a nine-storey office building with a minimalist design, which thanks to its modern technologies and energy efficiency ranks among the most modern buildings in Prague. The green orientation of this project is noticeable in the generously conceived lobby with green elements and the full roof terrace with views of the Central Park Pankrác and the distant surroundings. During construction, the developer aimed for LEED environmental certification and the prestigious WELL certificate dealing with the mental well-being of building occupants. The Parkview building provides new tenants with the highest possible level of building energy efficiency ratings. Excellent public transport accessibility is ensured by the metro stop C - Pankrác and several bus and tram connections. Easy accessibility by car is ensured by a direct connection to 5. května Street and the city ring road.
