At the time of its completion, Praga Studios was awarded as the "greenest" office building in Central Europe. Praga Studios has innovative technologies built in from the ground to the top floor. Tenants and visitors have access to the most advanced smart parking system (including automatic license plate recognition cameras). The roof terrace is adorned with several smart hives that monitor bee activity online. The building is located in the heart of Prague's rapidly developing Karlín district, which has connected two previously separate streets to create a new public space. The building has been certified LEED Platinum for Core & Shell (97 points) - the 3rd "greenest" office building in the world (at the time of the award), the best in the CEE region and WELL Gold for Core & Shell - the second building in the Czech Republic with this certification.
