Amazon Court

The Amazon Court building has won several international awards, especially for its environmental solutions. The seven-storey building is dominated by a beautiful interior atrium full of daylight, water features and greenery. A unique air exchange system has been installed in the building. Intake towers draw fresh air underground, where it is treated and distributed through ducts to all floors. It is exchanged up to four times per hour throughout the building. More oxygen reaches you than with conventional ventilation systems. The building has been awarded the DGNB platinum certificate, the highest possible rating from an international certification system. It places particular emphasis on the sustainability of the building, both in terms of its environmental impact and overall cost. Amazon Court is the first project in the Czech Republic to achieve this award. Everyone can work here in a healthy and pleasant environment. The total office area of 19,880 m2 is spread over 7 floors. There are 254 parking spaces in underground garages.
