Forum Karlín

Forum Karlín was created by the reconstruction and extension of the original industrial premises in 2012, building KH1 and 2015 KH2. Renowned architect Ricardo Bofill, the author of the design, continued the original use of the historic building, which was a factory for the production of steam turbines, and created a modern space used primarily for administrative purposes. Within the building there are several relaxing terraces designed exclusively for tenants. Forum Karlín is a medium-sized office building offering a total of 20,000 sqm of lettable space, of which approximately 15,000 sqm is office space and 5,000 sqm is retail space. There are approximately 200 parking spaces in the building. The building has excellent transport accessibility both by car and public transport (tram and metro stops - Křižíkova - are within walking distance). There is also a bike room. The floor plan of the building allows flexible creation of both large (open space) and individual (cellular) offices. A typical floor has an area of approximately 1,925 m2 and can be divided into smaller units according to the technological possibilities of the building.
