Blox

Blox is a unique office building designed by DAM architects, which was built in 2015 as an office building meeting the latest technical requirements. The architecture of the building is specific with simple elements that fit into the basic urban concept of Prague Dejvice. Despite its simplicity, the building is unmistakable and draws attention to itself with its unique modern appearance reminiscent of a bar code. The building is divided into two wings and has 8 floors, which together form a leasable area of 21,000 m2. All amenities are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The project is located close to the centre of Prague and not far from Václav Havel International Airport. Direct access to Dejvická metro station (line A) guarantees easy access to the city centre.
